Delivery & Returns Policy

As the purchaser of items from PS I LOVE YOU COMPANY (Florist), the purchaser agrees that:

  • All sales are final.

  • Flowers are a perishable item. A return will only be accepted under the following circumstances:

    • All issues must be communicated to us within 24 hours of delivery — if you are calling after hours, please leave a message with your phone number and the best time to reach you. We will call the next business day.

    • We will happily replace any damaged item, which may have had its quality affected during transit or shipping.

    • As items are perishable, we do not issue refunds, however if the issue cannot be resolved, an online in-store credit may be available.

    • Returns are accepted on a “quality” basis only — preferences regarding arrangements are not grounds for a return.

  • As flowers are perishable, you must water them, otherwise they will not last long. It is the recipient’s responsibility to re-cut and change the water of the arrangement.

  • As all flowers are not always in season, or in stock, PS I Love You Company reserves the right to substitute blooms with a similar “look” and feel without prior consultation. We will do our utmost to make the arrangement as close to the advertised picture as possible. If you require a specific product, please call, and check for its availability.

  • If no name is specified for the “card message”, we will make an outreach to the purchaser. If we are unable to contact, we will simply put the name of purchaser on the message card.

  • PS I Love You Company makes every effort to meet delivery time windows. If you require a timed delivery, please call, and speak with our designers to make sure your desired delivery time can be met.

  • It is your responsibility, as the sender, to ensure that the recipient be on location at the time and day of delivery. If the recipient is not at the location on the date and time of the delivery, it is not cause for a refund or exchange. PS I Love You Company has fulfilled our obligation in delivering to the location, date, and time as requested when the order was placed. We do not make any preemptive outreaches to the recipient prior to delivery.
